Refunds and Returns Policy

3. Refund Process:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Note: it will typically take a less than 3 business days, but can take up to 10 business days depending on your financial provider. If you write a check, we will refund you by check.

5. Fees and Costs:

There are typically no additional fees or costs associated with returns or refunds for digital products. We believe in a transparent process that is fair to our customers.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Some digital products may be non-returnable. If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Non-returnable items are ineligible for refunds.

7. Exchanges Policy:

In addition to our Refunds and Returns Policy, LORA Marketing offers the option for exchanges on eligible digital products or services within 30 days of services rendered (or expected results whichever comes first). If you find that the digital product or service you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may contact our Customer Support team at support@loramarketing.com to discuss the possibility of an exchange. Please provide your order number, details of the product or service you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process, ensuring a smooth transition to an alternative product or service that better suits your needs. We believe in providing our customers with flexible options to ensure their satisfaction with the digital products and services they choose from LORA Marketing. Please note that not all services are eligible for exchange.

8. Fair Usage Policy:

LORA Marketing reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases where we suspect misuse, abuse, or violation of our terms and conditions.
